Come join me on October 9, 2014 for a day of painting fun. Meet Harvest Scarecrow. He is your project for the day. Lots of techniques, tricks/tips and my favorite thing..."Embellishments"....It will be a great way to start off the Fall season.
Mr. Harvest Scarecrow is painted on a birch panel. The background panel inside the shadow box is not base coated, I attached a piece of burlap instead so fast and easy... "I LOVE" the look of burlap...adds so much warmth to this project. The painted panel is then attached to a wooden block of wood so it will come forward within the frame. Added lots of goodies...fence....felt flowers...etc. Instructions on how to make all the items on this design are included in a pattern packet which will be available this October.
See you in the FALL....look forward to meeting you all in the classroom....Enjoy your summer.......
