Return Policy

Wood Products:

No returns or exchanges are allowed after 10 days of your invoice. Please notify us directly once you receive your order if there is any damage, shortage and/or incorrect item. No Credit will be given after 10 days from the date of invoice. If any wood surface or surfaces need to be returned, the customer will need to request a RNA number and return the correct form filled out.

Please return all said paperwork with the items in question. Please DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS BACK UNTIL A RNA NUMBER HAS BEEN OBTAINED. Heavenly Heart Creations will not receive any returned merchandise via COD. Customers may incur a 20% restocking charge for returned items.

Shipping costs WILL NOT be reimbursed.

There are no Cash refunds – only a credit will be applied to your account. NO EXCEPTIONS pertaining to this issue. Thank you in advance. 

Pattern Packets/Kits/Paper Products

All Sales are Final – No returns and no exchanges. Regarding kits or paper products: please advise us within 10 days if you have any missing items or any other issues. We will determine replacement upon receiving notification from you or your company. These issues will be dealt with accordingly. 


Regarding E-mails, Facebook Notifications Or Mail Through Website

We receive a large volume of mail and lots of times, due to issues beyond our control, your mail might not come through to our inbox... or might hit the spam and or/junk folder... or be accidently deleted. If you have not received a response from us in a timely manner, please forward your email once again or contact our office via phone.
